Terms & Conditions — Seoul Aesthetic Concierge

Scope

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the terms governing the concierge and coordination services (“Services”) provided by Seoul Aesthetic Concierge (“the Company”), operated in both Singapore and South Korea, to you (“the Client”).
1.2 By engaging, booking, or using any of our Services, the Client agrees to comply with and be bound by this Agreement, including any updates or amendments made by the Company from time to time.

Nature of Services

2.1 Seoul Aesthetic Concierge offers personalized coordination and aesthetic travel services. This includes assisting clients in arranging consultations, cosmetic or medical procedures, and aftercare with licensed aesthetic clinics, surgeons, dermatologists, or wellness providers in South Korea or other partner destinations (“Aesthetic Providers”).
2.2 The Company acts solely as a facilitator and coordinator — not as a medical institution or advisory body. All medical consultations, diagnoses, and procedures are performed independently by the Aesthetic Providers.
2.3 Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

Scheduling and coordination with clinics or specialists

Translation or interpretation support

Travel and accommodation arrangements

Sharing exclusive offers or promotional rates from our partners (“Ancillary Services”)
2.4 The Client retains full discretion in selecting any Aesthetic Provider, treatment, or package introduced by the Company.

Relationship with Aesthetic Providers

3.1 Each Aesthetic Provider operates independently according to their professional standards and local medical regulations. The Company does not control or supervise their operations, procedures, or results.
3.2 The Company shall not be held liable for any injury, dissatisfaction, delay, or loss resulting from services rendered by any Aesthetic Provider.
3.3 The Client acknowledges that Seoul Aesthetic Concierge does not provide emergency or medical care. In the event of a medical emergency, the Client must seek assistance from appropriate healthcare institutions.

Service Quality and Limitations

4.1 While the Company uses its best efforts to connect clients with reputable specialists, no guarantee is made regarding the effectiveness, safety, or outcome of any treatment.
4.2 All recommendations and introductions made by the Company are based on general knowledge and experience, not as medical advice.
4.3 The Client is solely responsible for verifying the credentials and suitability of the chosen Aesthetic Provider.

Client Responsibility and Information Accuracy

5.1 The success of the coordination process depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the Client.
5.2 The Company shall not be responsible for any outcome resulting from incomplete or inaccurate details, including medical history, allergies, or prior treatments.
5.3 Clients must provide truthful and updated information throughout the process.

Ancillary Services

6.1 The Company may collaborate with travel agencies, interpreters, drivers, or accommodation partners for added convenience.
6.2 These third-party services are optional and provided at the Client’s own expense and discretion. The Company shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, or service failures by third parties.

Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seoul Aesthetic Concierge, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Client’s use of Services, decisions, or breach of this Agreement.
7.2 The Company’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount of service fees paid by the Client.
7.3 The Company shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of income, emotional distress, or unsatisfactory results from procedures performed by Aesthetic Providers.

Fees and Payment

8.1 All fees quoted are in USA Dollars (USD) or South Korean Won (KRW) unless stated otherwise.
8.2 Service fees for coordination or consultation are payable in advance and are non-refundable once the process has commenced.
8.3 Payment for medical or aesthetic procedures must be made directly to the respective Aesthetic Provider, unless otherwise stated.
8.4 Late payments may incur an administrative charge or interest of up to 15% per annum.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

9.1 All personal, medical, and confidential information shared by the Client will be handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
9.2 By using our Services, the Client consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data to relevant clinics, doctors, or service partners for coordination purposes.
9.3 The Company may securely store data electronically and will not sell or misuse personal information under any circumstance.

Termination of Services

10.1 Seoul Aesthetic Concierge reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement if:

The Client fails to make payment within seven (7) days of the due date; or

The Client acts in bad faith, engages in harassment, or misuses confidential information.
10.2 Termination does not release the Client from any outstanding payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

Amendments

11.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or discontinue any part of its Services without prior notice.
11.2 Continued engagement or use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Force Majeure

Seoul Aesthetic Concierge shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, travel restrictions, or system failures.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the Republic of Korea.
13.2 In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first seek amicable resolution. Failing which, the dispute shall be submitted to:

Arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, under the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board; or

The courts of Singapore, where the Client’s transaction originated.
Both parties agree that the venue shall be determined by where the service was primarily coordinated.
